State Director - The Wisconsin Partnership
The Wisconsin Partnership is a statewide coalition of four cradle-to-career partnerships including Achieve Brown County, Building Our Future in Kenosha County, Higher Expectations for Racine County and Milwaukee Succeeds. The state director is responsible for leading both The Wisconsin Partnership and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s education policy portfolio. This position interfaces with state, local and federal public officials and grassroots organizations that advocate for systems-level changes to education systems from cradle-to-career.
Fund Development Manager
The fund development manager helps Milwaukee Succeeds achieve our fundraising goals through fund acquisition from individual and institutional donors, and gift and grant management. They’ll do this through prospect research, proposal writing, donor cultivation and stewardship, and aligning development with strategic planning. This person will oversee the requirements for incoming funding by providing clear communication of fund initiation, guidelines, deliverables, reporting and other essential measures.
